B. Terms of Use

  3. Language: In compliance with Article 8 of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, for all terms, invoices, metadata labels, AI-generated design descriptions and mandatory disclosures, while an English version may be provided for convenience, the Arabic version is legally binding and shall prevail in the event of any linguistic dispute.1
  4. Interface Accessibility: While the Platform interface adapts to device language settings, all mandatory disclosures and binding contract terms remain accessible in Arabic at any time to satisfy the consumer's right to correct information.1
  5. Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 require verifiable parental/guardian consent.
  6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the Federal Laws of the UAE. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE Courts, with a seat in Ajman, without prejudice to the consumer's right to access the court system for claims under AED 50,000. In accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023, for claims under AED 50,000, mandatory arbitration clauses are void. Consumers retain the right to access the Ministry of Economy’s Dispute Resolution Committee or the UAE courts directly.2

  4. Mandatory Business Undertaking and Disclosures:
  1. Product Accuracy: Businesses must digitally accept an undertaking confirming that all descriptions and AI-prompted categories accurately reflect the physical products.
  2. Statutory Seller Details Display: The Business provides consent and grants the Platform the right to prominently display the following verifiable seller details at the pre-purchase stage for all consumers:1
  1. The Business's legal name and trade license details;
  2. Its principal geographic address;
  3. Customer care contact number.
  1. Pre-Purchase Disclosures: For every product or service listed, the following information is displayed prominently to the Member prior to purchase:8

  2. Country of Origin (CoO): The Country of Origin for the products (preceded by the phrase 'Made in') shall be displayed prominently to enable informed decision-making.

B-04. Bookings and Orders

  1. Announced Specifications: The AI-generated digital preview presented to the Member at checkout is a binding part of the digital contract. Businesses are legally obligated to deliver products matching these announced specifications.2 Any significant deviation entitles the Member to statutory remedies under Law No. 15 of 2020.1
  2. Cancellation: Cancellation is free until the booking or order is confirmed by the Business.
  3. Quality Standards: The Platform reserves the right to disable Businesses that consistently violate these terms or fail to meet the quality standards.

  2. invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging;

B-07. Loyalty Program and Reward Points

  1. This section governs IP related to designs generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools provided or integrated within the Platform.
  2. IP Rights of the AI-Generated Designs:
  1. The AI-Generated Design is created from the prompts engineered by the Platform, based on labels selected by the User from a pre-defined menu provided by the Platform, thus relieving the User from the necessity of brainstorming to engineer a prompt for the AI model. In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021, these designs are generally not eligible for copyright protection due to the absence of significant human contribution.17 The User hereby grants the Platform perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and sub-licensable rights to use the AI-Generated Design immediately upon creation.
  2. Commercial promotion using AI-generated images requires a Mu'lin permit as per UAE Media Council regulations.11
  3. Catalog Consent: The User consents to the AI-Generated outputs based on their tag selection being added to the Business's shared catalog.
  1. Synthetic Information Labeling:
  1. To comply with 2025 Media Council standards, all AI-generated designs and banners will feature a visible 'AI-Generated' label and embed C2PA metadata markers for content provenance.18
